Making Design

OEM: Making samples as requested with production and mail costs borne by clients.
ODM: Professional designer team to provide you with design services and mail costs borne by clients.

Step 1

Choose Fabric

Client will confirm the fabric to make the sample, and then send to client approval.

Step 2

Design Pattern

Client will confirm the pattern to make the sample, and then send to client approval.

Step 3

Print Pattern

Client will confirm the price, delivery time and quantity for the order. We will print pattern and start the production process from buying fabric first.

Step 4

Cutting

Before cutting, we do shrink fabric, then cut it as per the pattern.

Step 5

Sewing

After all the materials cutting, we began to stitch all the materials and make clothes.

Step 6

Ironing

After the QC inspection of the sewed clothes, then start ironing and trim the thread one by one.

Step 7

Quality Checking

Quality checking by our QC teams, QC control quality strictly according to AOL 2.5.

Step 8

Packing & Shipping

We start packing and shipping the products to the client.
